As we offer an broad range of services to our partners, it would be beyond the scope of this website to provide an extensive roadmap of how we work. However, across all our services we retain an approach that is guided by our mission, vision and values, and our commitment to the highest standards of excellence, performance and integrity.

To illustrate how we work when starting a partnership with a manufacturer or distributor for example, please find below the methodology our team executes. MaxiRetail developed this proprietary approach through the years and it has proven to be extremely successful.

  1. During the meetings and remote sessions we exchange detailed information about our respective companies, identify your company priorities and goals, such as entering a new market, improving distribution, increasing sales and market share, scheduling promotions or any other objective.
  2. Once we reached a partnership agreement we assign an account manager who will manage our relationship and the development of the business.
  3. Once those goals are determined, a performance plan and a tracking report are set up, and account specific goals are assigned to each related party. These business plans and  reports are designed to help both parties achieve stated objectives or identify inhibitors, which in turn will make it easier to produce new action plans.
  4. MaxiRetail creates specific custom made presentations in-house, based on data, research and marketing facts that will support our sales position.
  5. Strategic action programs, based on the retained goals and planning guides that are developed internally or supplied by the manufacturers, are submitted for review to MaxiRetail’s and your management. The marketing events are entered on an MDF plan and logged, which makes it easier to review the annual promotional activity and determine if the co-op marketing budget is well spent.
  6. MaxiRetail’s time to market is extremely short thanks to our extensive relation network of retailers and experience with the local markets and consumers. We know how to:
    1. aReduce time and expenses for our partners because we are most familiar with the specific requirements that make a product or promotion successful.
    2. Get appointments with the many decision-making category managers who find themselves with too little time to interview vendors.
    3. Complete the many submission forms for products and/or promotions required at each retailer in the territory.
    4. Deliver orders once the manufacturer, retailer and MaxiRetail have agreed on basic terms and conditions of sale, including the payment terms and the financing of the supply chain cyclus.
  7. Sales representatives are assigned a quarterly sales quota and they receive a weekly update to measure their progress.
  8. Sales reports are issued monthly, quarterly or as needed.
